Court: “NMFS Has Failed Repeatedly” so NPFMC Moves For New Options For Cook Inlet Salmon
Following Judge Joshua Kindred’s Remedy Order on November 28, 2022, the North Pacific Fishery Management Council added options to only two of the four alternatives it considered when faced with federal management of the Cook Inlet salmon fishery.
