Frozen Shrimp Tempura Product Recalled Due to Undeclared Allergen
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) posted a recall of Frozen Pre-Fried Tempura Shrimp due to undeclared egg on March 23.
The product was produced by Day-Lee Foods, Inc. and was sold throughout British Columbia. According to the notice, the audience for the recall was hotels, restaurants and institutions.
The CFIA warned the audience not to “use, sell, serve or distribute the affected product.”
