Cooke to Acquire Peru’s Largest Fishing Company Copeinca
Seafood giant Cooke Inc. has entered into an agreement to purchase all outstanding shares of Corporació n Pesquera Inca S.A.C. (Copeinca), one of the largest producers and exporters of fishmeal and fish oil.
Cooke and PF Cayman New Holdco Limited executed a binding share purchase agreement. A wholly owned Cooke subsidiary will indirectly acquire all outstanding shares of Peru-based Copeinca.
