Sluggish Prices for Russian Pollock Roe at Busan Auction; 10% Lower Than 2024
According to a report in the Minato Shimbun newspaper, the bidding for this season's new Russian pollock roe, currently being held in Busan, South Korea, has shown that STD (high-quality) grade roe for Japan has seen prices fall compared to the same period last year.
