Trader Joe’s Asks Court To Throw Out Amended Canned Tuna Lawsuit

Trader Joe’s Co. and Trader Joe’s East Inc. is asking that a California federal court throw out a class-action lawsuit that accuses the grocery store of underfilling cans of tuna. The company says that the suit is based off of “outdated federal regulation determining fill standards for canned tuna.”
