The Boiling Crab Casual Chain Expanding into China
The Boiling Crab, a casual Louisiana-style Cajun seafood chain, announced earlier this week that they are expanding into China. Restaurant co-founders Dada Ngo and Sinh Nguyen recently finalized their first international franchise agreement, which covers Shanghai, China and adjacent provinces Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
