StarKist Fined by EPA For Failing to Comply With 2018 Settlement
StarKist will have to pay $84,500 in penalties for violating the terms of a 2018 settlement, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
The 2018 settlement was related to deficiencies in environmental compliance at StarKist's tuna processing facility in American Samoa.
