North Atlantic Right Whales Detected in Massachusetts Waters; DMF Urges Caution

On April 11, the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) released an announcement urging all mariners to use extreme caution navigating Massachusetts coastal waters after detecting large numbers of North Atlantic right whales in the area.
