Louisiana Shrimp Landings Decline Due to High Water Events, Bonnet Carré Spillway
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) is reporting that statewide shrimp landings, both brown and white shrimp combined, have declined as a result of the high water events and opening of the Bonnet Carré Spillway.
