Maine DMR Loosens Guidance on Fishing Near Jeffreys Ledge, Citing Whales Have Moved on
On February 8, Commissioner Patrick Keliher of the Main Department of Marine Resources (DMR) issued an update on lobster fishing near Jeffreys Ledge, allowing fishermen to replace their second end line and shift gear as needed.
