Massachusetts Governor Signs Lobster Processing Regulations into Law
On Wednesday Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker signed the Fiscal Year 2020 budget into law. Amongst things covered in the $43.321 billion plan is the ability for Massachusetts wholesale dealers to not only process unfrozen lobsters and import unfrozen shell-on lobster parts, but sell processed lobster.
