Cargill, White Dog Labs Partner to Deliver Sustainable Aquafeed
Cargill announced its agreement with White Dog Labs to offer sustainable alternatives to fishmeal in aquafeed.
The deal includes ProTyton, White Dog Labs’ single-cell protein. The alternative feed is created by fermentation with corn feedstock. ProTyton is set to be shipped from White Dog Labs’ demo facility in Sutherland, NE 2020.
