NGO Warns NOAA That Their Own Harvest Plan Threatens Federally-Protected Chinook and Orcas
The Wild Fish Conservancy (WFC) sent a legal notice last Thursday to NOAA and the US Department of Commerce warning them that they are failing to protect federally-listed salmon and Southern Resident killer whales, as required by the Endangered Species Act.
