Lischewski Sentenced to 40 Months in Prison, $100,000 Fine
Former Bumble Bee CEO Chris Lischewski was sentenced to over 3 years in prison for his role in a canned tuna price-fixing conspiracy. Lischewski was convicted in December 2019 following a three-week trial.
U.S. District Judge Edward Chen ordered Lischewski to pay a $100,000 fine along with a 40-month prison sentence on Tuesday for his role in the price-fixing scandal from November 2010 until December 2013.
