Iceland Seafood Appoints New UK Business Director as Merger Wraps Up
Iceland Seafood announced that Danny Burton, the current Managing Director of Havelok operations will head the company’s new merged entity, Iceland Seafood (IS) UK.
The company announced the merger of its Iceland Seafood Barraclough and Iceland Seafood Havelok will be finalized by the end of 2020.
Iceland initially shared merger plans in March 2020, the company purchased the former 5 Star Fish Site on Great Grimsby Business Park, a processing hub in the UK. All of the Barraclough operations have been moved from its former home in Bradford to the Grimsby location, with Havelok set to follow by year’s end...
