NRF: February Retail Sales Show Strong Growth Year-Over-Year Behind Vaccine, Stimulus
Overall retail sales gained notable tractions year-over-year for the month of February, according to the National Retail Federation (NRF), as the vaccine rollout, stimulus checks and reduced COVID-restrictions helped impact spending by consumers.
Although February retail numbers were lower than January, the NRF believes the country is moving in the right direction on the road to recovery.
