As consumer demand for plant-based products grows, Cargill has announced an investment in BOX NV start-up, Bflike.
Cargill sees the potential for Bflike to become a leader in the alternative meat and fish categories. The partnership aims to combine Cargill’s food ingredient solutions with Bflike’s recipes and technology.
