Fisheries Survival Fund Disappointed Following Ruling on New York Wind Farm Appeal
The Fisheries Survival Fund shared its disappointment following a U.S. Court of Appeals decision involving a New York offshore wind farm lease but said it will continue to work with the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), other government agencies and wind farm developers to ensure they do not impact scallop grounds on the East Coast.
