Maine DMR Lands Intervenor Status in Lobster Industry Lawsuit Against Right Whale Rules

Maine Governor Janet Mills announced that the Maine Department of Marine Resources (DMR) netted intervenor status in Maine Lobstermen’s Association (MLA) v National Marine Fisheries Service, a lawsuit before the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. battling Federal regulations which impact the state’s staple lobster industry.
