SENA 2022: CFRF Launching Boneless, Skinless Wild Atlantic Scup Fillet at Boston
The Commercial Fisheries Research Foundation (CFRF) has been hard at work. After teaming up with the culinary arts program at Johnson and Wales University, J.B. Cuisine and Pier Fish Company, and utilizing funding made available from a NOAA Saltonstall-Kennedy grant, a boneless and skinless wild Atlantic scup fillet will be launching at this year’s Seafood Expo North America.
