Maersk Continues Electric Vehicle Investment in North America with 110-Truck Volvo Order
Shipping giant Maersk said it is doubling down on its electric truck fleet expansion plans in North America with a 110-vehicle order with Volvo, the company announced on March 29.
Maersk will add 110 additional Volvo VNR Electric Class 8 trucks, increasing its total commitment to 126 trucks. The trucks will be delivered by the end of Q1 2023 to support increased demand from customers.
