Pacific Oyster Recalls Continue in Canada
Union Bay Seafood recalled some of its branded Pacific Oysters from the marketplace due to possible norovirus contamination, marking another recall as investigations remain ongoing in Canada and the U.S. for British Columbia oysters linked to norovirus.
The recall was posted to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) webpage on April 6 and the impacted products were sold in British Columbia and may have been distributed in other provinces and territories.
