CBP Wants to Reinstitute Fines in American Seafoods Jones Act Case
After a U.S. District Judge ruled in favor of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in a case involving American Seafoods affiliates for violating the Jones Act last month, the CBP is looking to reinstate fines for the violations.
