IATTC Hires New Director, Makes Progress on Reforms and Transparency
The Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission (IATTC) started its 100th meeting off earlier this month with newly hired director Dr. Arnulfo Franco, a process that started in 2019 and was delayed by the pandemic.
Franco has a long association with the IATTC and with the Agreement on the International Dolphin Conservation Program (AIDCP) a sister organization that started in 1999.
