Following Sinking of F/V Emmy Rose, NTSB Once Again Calls For Marine Personal Locator Beacons
Following an investigation into the 2020 sinking of the F/V Emmy Rose, the National Transportation Safety Board is once again calling for fishing vessels to use marine personal locator beacons.
The F/V Emmy Rose sank in late November 2020 off the coast of Provincetown, Massachusetts. The vessel, which carried four crew members, had departed Portland, Maine, on November 17.
