Oregon Department of Energy Releases Final Offshore Wind Feasibility Study
The Oregon Department of Energy released the long-awaited floating offshore wind report, as mandated by House Bill 3375, on Wednesday.
The Department previously issued a literature review in January 2022, followed by a summary of key findings and, lastly, the final report to the legislature.
