In keeping with the Biden administration's push to make floating offshore wind a reality, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management recently released a final environmental assessment for the Morro Bay wind energy area - after a proposed sale notice was issued - complete with a conclusion that site assessment activities will do little harm.
