National Fisheries Institute Brings Back Sensory Workshop this November
After a hiatus due to the pandemic, the National Fisheries Institute (NFI) is bringing back the NFI Sensory Workshop, a training course on seafood spoilage detection.
The NFI Sensory Workshop, a two-day course, is being led by Diana Zepp, a National Sensory Expert with the FDA. Zepp will be instructing attendees on FDA criteria for assessing product decomposition on a range of species, including shrimp, Atlantic salmon, mahi-mahi and scallops.
