Netherlands Shrimp Importer Partners with Skretting to Provide More Sustainable Shrimp to Europe
Netherlands-based shrimp importer Klass Puul has teamed up with Nutreco-owned shrimp feed company Skretting, and feed ingredient suppliers Protix and Veramaris to supply supermarkets across Europe with sustainable shrimp from Latin America.
Top Netherlands retailer Albert Heijn, under the Ahold Delhaize umbrella, is the first to commit to the project as it works to meet GHG emissions targets and broader sustainability agenda.
