The ongoing Subway “fake tuna” lawsuit may finally be coming to an end after years of back and forth.
The plaintiff, a California woman named Nilima Amin, is asking the San Francisco federal court to dismiss the lawsuit she brought against the sandwich chain. Amin, who is pregnant with her third child, is seeking to dismiss this case because of “unexpected and unforeseen complications of her pregnancy.” Further, she wants the case dismissed without prejudice, which would allow her to sue Subway again...
