Smoked Salmon Linked to Listeria Outbreak in Norway
The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI) has linked a Listeria outbreak to a smoked fish product produced by Troll Salmon, a Norwegian smoked salmon and trout producer.
FHI said it worked alongside the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, the Veterinary Institute and other local authorities to map the common source of infections.
