NL Snow Crab Harvesters Receive Another Season Extension As Catch Hits 91%

Snow crab harvesters in Newfoundland and Labrador have received yet another extension on their season. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) announced on Thursday that the snow crab fishery for all CMAs in NAFO Division 3LNO, with the exception of 8Bx South, will be extended until August 31, 2023.
