Australian Ocean King Prawn Company Earns Sustainability Accreditation From MSC
The Australian Ocean King Prawn Company (AOKPC) has become the first state-managed fishery in Queensland to earn sustainability accreditation from the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). MSC certified the business in June, but the news was announced by Queensland’s Minister for Agriculture Industry Development and Minister for Rural Communities late last week.
