New NOAA Report Details Killer Whale Entanglement Cases in Alaska
Last week NOAA Fisheries released a new report titled, “Killer Whale Entanglements in Alaska: Summary Report 1991-2022.” The 50-page document dives into the details behind the 37 reported killer whale entanglements that took place in Alaska over the span of three decades.
