China Section 301: USTR Extends Tariff Exclusions
On Tuesday the Office of the United States Trade Representative announced they would be extending the COVID-related exclusions in the China Section 301 Investigation through May 31, 2024. The announcement came less than a week before the exclusions were initially set to expire on December 31, 2023.
