U.S. Department of Treasury Updates HTS Codes Under Expanded Russian Sanctions
In December a new Executive Order was issued expanding the sanctions of certain seafood from Russia. The Executive Order not only blocks the importation of seafood from Russia, but also Russian-harvested seafood that has been “transformed into another product outside of the Russian Federation.”
