The case dates back to August 2019 when Måsøval’s Kattholmen facility received a misdiagnosis from the Norwegian government. The state said that the facility had PD SAV3, a highly contagious viral disease affecting salmonid aquaculture. As a result of the diagnosis, and in accordance with regulations, Måsøval slaughtered a mass number of the fish at the Kattholmen facility...
