Commerce Updates Antidumping, CVD Trade Rules to Strengthen Protections for US Industries
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) updated its antidumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD) regulations. Commerce said the adjustments aim to “level the playing field for U.S. industries and workers by addressing unfair trade actions from foreign businesses and governments.”
