Jayone Foods Recalls Frozen Oyster Meat Following FDA Advisory on Korean Imports
California-based Jayone Foods initiated a recall of frozen oyster meat, citing the recent US Food and Drug Administration advisory published last month in relation to frozen oyster products from Korea.
The company recalled ‘Frozen Oyster Meat Lot Code: B250206,’ on July 31, per a notice published on the Interstate Shellfish Sanitation Conference (ISSC) website.
