Georgia Senate Advances Bill for Transparent Seafood Labeling
The Georgia Senate voted 43-8 to pass House Bill 117, which mandates that food service establishments in the state disclose imported shrimp on menus. This legislation aims to combat false advertising affecting US shrimpers.
