Ørjan Svanevik Steps Down as Mowi Chair, Leif Teksum Takes Interim Role

Late last week, Mowi ASA announced the resignation of Ørjan Svanevik as Chair of the Board. His departure follows his resignation from Seatankers Management, an associated company of Geveran Trading Co. Ltd, and takes effect immediately.

The remaining board members continue to meet quorum requirements and revealed that Vice Chair Leif Teksum had been appointed Interim Chair.
