Seattle pollock roe auction starts this week, with higher volumes and uncertainty on price

The first ‘A’ season pollock roe auction begins in Seattle this week with sampling starting March 12th, and three days of bidding scheduled for March 13th-15th.
The first days sampling will be from Trident, American Seafoods, Glacier Fish, Starbound, Icicle, Arctic Fjord, and Arctic Storm.
The second day will add Alyeska, Westward, Unisea, Peter Pan to the group, and many of the factory ships will participate again as well.
