Japan's Seafood Sales Get Boost from Food Tourism, Government Steps in to Promote it

Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry announced on Dec.15 that it has designated 10 regional communities as special areas to attract foreign tourists to Japan with unique food culture.
The program, dubbed "Savor Japan," includes Aizu Wakamatsu City in Fukushima Prefecture, northern Japan.
