FAO Projects 20% Growth in Global Fish Production and Consumption by 2030

According to the Food and Agriculture Organization’s annual State of World Fisheries and Aquaculture 2018 (SOFIA), total world fish production is expected to reach 201 million tonnes in 2030, an 18 percent increase over 2016. However, the real news is projections for Latin America.
