Cantwell Pushes for Changes to Fisheries Disaster Process, Presses NOAA on Pebble Mine
At a Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation hearing last week on fisheries disasters, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., the Ranking Member of the committee, highlighted the importance of responding to fisheries disasters and pushed for reforms to the process.
