Court Of International Trade Wants USTR to Take Another Look at China Section 301 Tariffs
The U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) ordered the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) to reconsider and further explain the China Section 301 tariffs imposed under the Trump administration that impacts over $500 billion worth of imported products.
The CIT said the USTR did not properly respond to public comments that were filed regarding Section 301 List 3 and List 4, which would have provided more insight into why tariffs were imposed in the first place.
