Cell-Cultured Seafood Start-up Forsea Foods Enters Market With Focus on Eel Meat
Start-up company Forsea Foods is entering the cell-cultured seafood arena. The Israel-based company announced on Tuesday that they are looking to bring a cultivated eel meat to market using their patented organoid technology.
Forsea Foods’ organoid technology was developed by their co-founder Iftach Nachman, PhD.
