Anyong Biotechnology Employs Seafood Stem-Cell Freezing
Cell Alive System (CAS) technology is here to keep frozen seafood fresher for longer. Taiwan-based aquatic food processing company Anyong Biotechnology confirmed this week that they are the first in the region to employ CAS technology from Japan.
As noted above, CAS enables seafood to be stored for long periods of time while preserving its freshness. It allows products to maintain their nutritional value and keep the taste of fresh catch after thawing.
