BlueNalu Claims to ‘Crack the Code’ Towards Profitability at Cell-Cultured Production Facility
Cell-cultured seafood company BlueNalu claims to have found a way towards “significant profitability” in its first large-scale facility.
The company said this pathway was found, in part, through a number of breakthrough technologies that are “expected to drastically reduce both operating and capital costs for large-scale production, and when combined with the company's premium product and market focus, will enable a projected 75% gross margin.”
