Hokkaido Surimi Production in February Dropped by 34.8% to 460 Tons, with Sluggish Pollock Landings
According to a report by the National Surimi Manufacturers Association, Hokkaido land-based surimi production in February saw a significant increase in production of Atka mackerel surimi compared to the same month of the previous year.
